Is Erick Rowan's new Uncle Howdy mask a game-changer or just a desperate attempt to revive old glory?

Erick Rowan startled everyone in the WWE Universe when he returned to the promotion as part of the Wyatt Sicks. This was a brilliant move since his membership in this group was critical given that he had already lost two former members of his previous faction, The Wyatt Family, whom he considered brothers. He has appeared on Raw multiple times, and it appears that the most recent one caused many people to experience flashbacks.

In this edition of Raw, Erick Rowan was seen sporting a White Sheep face mask. This was an excellent choice since fans have begun to associate this mask with Rowan’s early days as a member of The Wyatt Family, where he was happy because he was surrounded by his family. The fascinating thing is that certain adjustments were made to the mask and this thing surprised the fans to the core.

This time, the mask was a little more sorrowful than previously, and there may have been some black lines meant to represent tears in Rowan’s eyes. Not only that but there were a lot of other things with the masks that made it seem completely different. Rowan’s loss of his brothers Bray Wyatt and Luke Harper may explain why his mask’s mood shifted over time.

Erick Rowan will play a significant part in the Wyatt Sicks moving forward

The Wyatt Sicks currently have five members, and it appears that all of them have lost their way in life, Uncle Howdy has gathered them all to remind them how good they are. Not only that, but it appears that Erick Rowan and Bo Dallas are the only two faction members who have any past relationship with the late and great Bray Wyatt.

This suggests that in the future, Uncle Howdy or Bo Dallas will be the faction’s dominant figure, with Erick Rowan perhaps receiving more attention after Howdy. Not only that, but Erick Rowan can be Bo Dallas’ right-hand man, which fits well with the faction’s storyline.
