The QR codes that appear during WWE’s weekly programming have become a matter of general interest for fans of the company, who have been generating speculation for weeks about a possible return of Uncle Howdy as a tribute to the late Bray Watt.

And now, a new one has been shown on screen during the WWE King and Queen of the Ring from the Jeddah Super Dome in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. During the event, the screen was covered by a QR code for a few seconds, and what it revealed was a really scary video.

The new QR code, when scanned, reveals a clip that can be played. The clip starts with a lot of glitching and static before it reveals a self-shot video of a man who is at home playing WWE 2K24. And while he is enjoying the game, the man senses that someone is outside. He goes to the window while eerie sounds play in the background, and before he can realize anything, there is a jumpscare.

Then another shot follows, where a silhouette of a man can be seen for a split second before the screen goes black again. But if you thought you were safe, you couldn’t be more wrong as another jumpscare followed to bring an end to the video. This adds to the long list of clues that WWE has been leaving in recent weeks. One of the most intriguing is that of the members of what is known as Wyatt 6. A sinister faction would include Dallas, Nikki Cross, Dexter Lumis, Joe Gacy, and Erick Rowan. This particular squad, too, has been a part of the QR Easter eggs.

Uncle Howdy’s return and the mystery that looms

There are good clues surrounding the long-awaited return of Bo Dallas, with his mysterious character of Uncle Howdy, to WWE. Not only because of the mysterious New Jersey released in WWE Shop related to a Black Bird of the Caves, and also because the song Nightbird by Marti Amado was played in the arena of the last Raw. But also because another interruption occurred during the most recent broadcast on WWE’s official Twitch channel.

The broadcast began with the sound of a door opening, followed by the appearance of gloved hands with bare fingers. These hands manipulated a note that bore the message ‘REMEMBER WHO YOU ARE’, along with some coordinates displayed. More notes followed, each seemingly aimed at specific WWE Superstars. One addressed to Erick Rowan, hinting at a reunion. While another addressed to Nikki Cross offered comfort and acceptance. Dexter Lumis and Joe Gacy also received cryptic messages, suggesting a call to a new family.

Throughout the video, coordinates were displayed on the screen, seemingly pointing to various locations throughout America. Thus adding another layer of mystery to the unfolding narrative. As the broadcast concluded, a final message conveyed anticipation for an impending reunion, leaving viewers intrigued and speculating about what was to come.
