Each brand gets a set number of picks, however, for every two draft picks by SmackDown, Raw receives three because Raw is a lengthier show than SmackDown. Despite forming partnerships with different wrestlers, Rhodes failed to find a proper footing in the world's biggest wrestling promotion.
