Pat McAfee has been one of the most impressive commentators in recent WWE history. One of the reasons he has achieved such success is his charm and ability to merge real-life situations with WWE without breaching the fourth wall. This implies that he uses real-life references in the firm in such a subtle way that many people miss them.

A recent instance of this occurred during this week’s Raw when McAfee startled everyone by bringing up a trend on Twitter. The commentator was giving Zelina Vega a lot of praise after she arrived for her match with Zoey Stark. McAfee brought up the #PushZelina incident, which is now trending globally on Twitter, during this conversation.

Fans are increasingly requesting Zelina Vega to be more involved on screen. Vega is quite talented, and everyone wants talent to rise to the top regularly. This is why this trend started in the first place, and it was a wonderful move since it appears that WWE may have something planned for the former Queen of the Ring winner in the near future.

Pat McAfee is shortly going to be featured in a WWE storyline

As you may recall, a few weeks ago there was a blackout on Pat McAfee’s show, and folks assumed Uncle Howdy was behind it. Later, the insighters confirmed that this was genuine, and WWE was developing a storyline involving Uncle Howdy and Wyatt Sicks with Pat McAfee at the time. Later that show McAfee was also absent from the commentary table for one week and The Miz needed to replace him. But after that nothing much have been updated about that rumored storyline.

However, something like this never happened since the terrifying group became embroiled in a dispute with Chad Gable, and it appears that the two of them will face off at SummerSlam. This match has already been well-publicized, and it will be massive, but it does not exclude Uncle Howdy from working with Pat McAfee in the future. The reason for this is simple: once Howdy defeats Chad Gable at SummerSlam, there is a good likelihood that he will go to Pat McAfee after the match to target him everywhere he goes. Whether he is within or outside the WWE, The Wyatt Sicks may pursue him.
