Of all the names on the 2020 Survivor Series card, one very crucial and important name is missing. The Fiend has been absent from the PPV card, and it does not look like he’s going to be making it either.
Currently. WWE is going full speed ahead with Roman Reigns vs either Randy Orton or Drew McIntyre. Neither of the two have the kind of history with Reigns like Bray Wyatt does.
The Fiend has unresolved issues with Roman Reigns

The Fiend had his title stolen from him at Payback in a triple threat match. The match also featured Braun Strowman and Roman Reigns. Strowman and Wyatt would start off the match beating the hell out of each other, with Roman still in the back.
Ten minutes into the match, Wyatt and Strowman wrecked the entire ring with a superplex. Out came Roman Reigns, who took out Strowman and The Fiend to win the Universal Championship with ease.
Strowman received his rematch for the title, but the Fiend was out of the picture completely. To make matters worse, he was drafted to Raw where he buried Retribution in just his first appearance.
These unresolved issues with the Universal Champion could result in the Fiend running interference at Survivor Series. Wyatt could run interference on behalf of his new allegiance to Raw and cost Roman a very important match.
Bray Wyatt looks to enter WWE Title picture
In less than a month on Raw, Bray Wyatt already introduced himself to Randy Orton. The Viper won the WWE Championship at Hell in a Cell, making him an instant target for the gold-hungry Fiend.
The Fiend is a wonderful attraction for the WWE, similar to what the Undertaker was in the 90s. Vince McMahon would have strapped a rocket to the Fiend’s back and put the WWE Title on him as soon as he showed up on Raw. However, Randy Orton will be the one to go to Survivor Series to face Roman Reigns.
Drew McIntyre is not yet done with his quest to become the top star in WWE. To do so, the Scot would have to once again become WWE Champion. He faces Orton on Raw for the title, and if he wins, he faces Roman Reigns at Survivor Series.
WWE might throw a curveball at Orton and Drew and make it a triple threat with the Fiend being a surprise challenger. Seeing the Fiend vs Roman Reigns is equivalent to the hype Ronda Rousey vs Becky Lynch created at 2018’s Survivor Series.
Could the Fiend miss Survivor Series?

WWE could surprise all of us with no Fiend at Survivor Series. That would not be as bad as it sounds. Making the Fiend a special attraction instead of a regular occurrence keeps up the hype behind his appearance.

Wyatt having no plan for Survivor Series could be a set up for another surprise. A Money in the Bank cash-in, a surprise match with the Undertaker, or maybe appear alongside the newly engaged Alexa Bliss for a short Firefly Funhouse segment?
So it would not be very surprising to not see Wyatt show up at the PPV, but keep in mind that he will be lurking in the shadows once the Champion vs Champion match is over.
