Booker T spoke with Brad Gilmore on an episode of The Hall of Fame about Superstars who haven’t been seen in a long time. One name which came up during the conversation was Keith Lee.
Lee hasn’t been seen on television for a while now. Of course, his fans are wondering where he is and why WWE has completely stopped using him in storylines. Booker T wanted to address the situation and get some answers about Keith Lee’s absence.
“Who do we think should be the next guy to come up and make an impact on the main roster? I wanna talk about h guys like Keith Lee. Where’s Keith Lee at man? What are we doing with Keith Lee? Umm, is the problem that Keith Lee is dealing with really that serious enough for we haven’t seen him this long in television because he’s clearly a talent. Trained by one of the best Killer Tim Brooks.

“I wanna talk about these guys man. What is actually going on?”
WWE hasn’t released Keith Lee amongst the string of several releases over the past couple of months. However, it’s unknown exactly why WWE stopped booking him.
Vince McMahon wanted to send Keith Lee back to the Performance Center
Keith Lee moved from WWE NXT to WWE Raw in 2020, and immediately, he was put in a storyline with Randy Orton. He defeated Orton and made headlines for weeks afterwards.
Not only did Lee work storylines with top Superstars on the main roster, he had new gear as well.
Unfortunately, Vince McMahon reportedly wanted to send Keith Lee back to the Performance Center because he believed the Superstar needed to brush up on his skills.

This is when questions arose about why WWE moved him in the first place if he needed to brush up on his skills. Apparently, McMahon hadn’t actually seen Keith Lee wrestle at NXT. It was only afterwards when he started working on the red brand that McMahon realized more work was needed.
It’s been a while since ‘The Limitless One’ has been in WWE. In fact, Lee has broken his silence about his absence and has revealed he will fight for his return, and when he does, he will explain the absence.
