The match for the WWE Universal Championship is set to go down at WrestleMania XL in Philadelphia. Cody Rhodes will be set to finish his story after a year, facing Roman Reigns on the Grandest Stage of them All. But the Road to WrestleMania isn’t easy. On Night #1 of Mania, Rhodes will team up with Seth Rollins to face Dwayne Johnson and Reigns. If Rhodes and Rollins win, there will be no Bloodline on Night #2. But, if they lose, it will be The Bloodline stipulation for the title match. But what exactly are The Bloodline Rules?

The Bloodline Rules stipulation set by Dwayne Johnson could mean chaos

As of now, no one knows what The Bloodline rule could mean for Rhodes at Mania XL Night #2. The Bloodline Rules have never been used before, and this would be the debut of it. While the internet is filled with speculation on what it could be and what could happen, one WWE Legend has some idea of what could be expected. If there is anyone who could give the WWE Universe an idea of what The Bloodline Rules could mean, it is Rikishi. The father of The Usos and high-ranking Anoi’a family member did give an idea of what could be expected from the stipulation.

On his podcast, The Rikishi Driver Talk Show, the Hall of Famer explained what the stipulation could mean. He said, “I’m talking about, you’re talking about anything from trash cans to tables to sticks to chairs to whatever that they find in that arena.” This sounds like a street fight match with no disqualifications or count-outs. However, seeing the animosity Reigns and Johnson have against Rhodes, these rules could change at the drop of a dime. The Rock could also implement a special guest referee, which could be Paul Heyman or someone acquainted with The Bloodline to ensure Reigns’ victory.

Rikishi continued, “I can use that towards your skull, your body, bust you open as much as we want. Is the world really ready for Bloodline rules?” This clearly shows that The Bloodline rule stipulation will ensure that everything is used to keep Rhodes down for the count. This can be avoided only if Rhodes wins the tag match on Night #1. Doing so will restrict The Bloodline from appearing to aid Reigns on Night #2. What do you think will happen on Night #2 if Rhodes loses?
