Cena’s mystery partner at Fastlane creates hype for the bout against The Bloodline

During the last episode of SmackDown, fans were excited to hear Cena will be participating in a tag team match at Fastlane. What made this news even better was the fact that his partner would be AJ Styles. The two have feuded in the past and showcased some great chemistry. However, now the two would have to team up to face The Bloodline with Solo Sikoa and Jimmy Uso. Unfortunately, the heels took out Styles and sent him off in an ambulance, ensuring he wouldn’t compete.

Now, the question arises about who would aid Cena. LA Knight emerged as the popular favorite. However, news has surfaced that he tested positive for COVID-19. With Styles and Knight out, the last option was Cody Rhodes. Rhodes has had a history with The Bloodline and has been looking for some retribution. However, as reports suggest, Randy Orton could also be a potential partner. Orton’s been out of the company since 2022 and is looking to make his return. No official statement has been made, and fans are excited to see whose music will play during the show.
