Solo Sikoa has been looking after The Bloodline ever since SmackDown after Mania 40. Fans have noticed several major changes in his gimmick to make him fill in Roman Reigns‘ shoes for the time being. On SmackDown 05/17, the interim chief adorned a new blazer to create his own identity among fans and to look different from what we are used to seeing.

Hours after the show, fans realized that the outfit may not have been original after all. Sikoa’s blazer looked pretty similar to The Weeknd‘s iconic red blazer that he has worn for the entire marketing run for his fourth studio album, ‘After Hours’, released in 2020.

The suits that the two stars have worn are different yet echo the same style sense, enough for someone to think that Sikoa’s wardrobe stylist may have taken inspiration from The Weeknd’s popular suit. On the last episode of the blue brand, The Bloodline cut a promo in which Solo Sikoa wore a black shirt open till its second button, revealing a pearl necklace.

The wrestling talent also wore a black pant with a red belt, along with black gloves and a red blazer to top it all off. While the shirt, the pants, and the blazer were very similar to that of the four-time Grammy Award winner, the belt was an addition from Sikao along with the necklace. The Weeknd’s look had a necktie with all the buttons of the shirt closed.

When put together in a nutshell, side-to-side we can see how The Weeknd could have served as an inspiration for Solo Sikoa’s suit. There has already been criticism regarding the looks that The Enforcer of The Bloodline is seen in nowadays. But after this post, fans were focused on trolling the wrestler.

Solo Sikoa gets called out for copying the singer

After a fan page uploaded the meme on Instagram, netizens gathered in the comments to talk about the similarity between the two outfits. Someone arrived with their own joke in hand, making Solo Sikoa a synonym for The Weeknd, “That’s ‘The Friday’.”

The meme rang a bell in another fan’s head upon seeing the similarity between The Weeknd and Sikoa: “I knew I’ve seen that outfit somewhere 😂”

Another netizen came up with a pun to keep things interesting in the comment section, claiming that Sikoa looks like he comes right before the weekend: “Thursday evening.”

The caption combined with a bit of creativity created a new performing name for Solo Sikoa that he can now use to sing on stage: “The Weekdy”

Now, somebody fused The Weeknd’s name with Solo Sikoa’s faction to come up with a new name for The Bloodline: “The Weekline lol 😂🤣🤣🤣🤣”

At last, an internet user who used Sikoa’s Friday Night appearance to comment something accurate yet hilarious: “Nah he not weekend he the week’s end.”
