Just a week ago, the entire wrestling Twitter was in utter chaos when Elon Musk took away the blue tick mark from every celebrity’s account. While Chris Jericho also lost his blue tick mark, his troubles aren’t over with social media accounts. Another social media platform TikTok is making it hard for him to verify his account.

Apart from Twitter, there is another big platform, TikTok with a large user base. The social media giant has been denying Jericho his verification mark. After struggling to get the verified tick mark, now Jericho’s personal account has also been banned. But Jericho is not keeping quiet.

Earlier today, Jericho tweeted out his frustration over trying to get verified on TikTok. He also informed everyone that the website has also banned his personal account. Jericho asked that this problem needs to be fixed quickly as well as he needs to get his account verified.

Jericho also tagged another TikTok celebrity, Jessica Golich, who worked for his musical band Fozzy as well. On her Twitter, she called out TikTok for the banning of Jericho’s account. She has also retweeted a lot of fans who are bringing the banning situation to TikTok.

So, you might be wondering why Jericho is complaining about getting verified on TikTok. Well, the answer is simple, Jericho is much more than just a pro wrestler now. Not only does he have a band, Fozzy, but he also has a podcast called, Talk is Jericho. These ventures need to be publicized and to do so, the best way in the modern world, is to post them online.

Social media traction is a big factor in wrestling as well. Also his other accounts, Talk is Jericho and Fozzy on TikTok, are both verified as well. It is baffling that TikTok denied such a big wrestling star his verification mark even when he asked for it. Add to that, no one can figure out why TikTok banned his account as well.
