Thursday brought about a nightmare to the entire WWE Universe. Fans had to forbear that unsettling piece of news that they never wanted to hear, even in their weirdest imagination. But destiny is cruel for each of us, as it is for the departed superstar, Bray Wyatt. Yes, WWE’s very own Windham Rotunda, is no more.

After being balked for months, the WWE Universe finally started to build hope regarding Wyatt’s WWE return. But it remained only a hope. Fans hardly knew that the legend already had his last dance in the squared circle. Nevertheless, the least we can do is to look back at the golden moments that he left behind.

Wyatt followed in the footsteps of their forefathers, stepping into the WWE ring back in 2010. He quickly rose to the ranks of a prized heel of the company by his exceptional in-ring antics and supernatural thematics. However, even after jumping to the main roster in 2013, he had to hold his horse for quite a long time to attain the WWE Championship belt. The glory came in the 2017 Elimination Chamber. The Eater of The World cemented his supremacy over five other high-voltage figures, likes of John Cena, AJ Styles, The Miz, Dean Ambrose, and Baron Corbin.

Another defining moment of his career forged with his encounter with The Undertaker at WrestleMania 31. The legendary Deadman took down Wyatt after a tough fight. But the match with The Phenom itself earned Wyatt a special recognition in the fold.

On top of it, Undertaker and Wyatt had a monumental in-ring moment during Royal Rumble 2023 when the former walked in, helped Wyatt to get the upper hand against LA Knight, and left paying a token of respect to the ‘New Face of Fear ‘. It was an out-and-out passing-the-torch moment between two stars, hailing from two different eras.

Another momentous match of Wyatt’s career came in the recent past in the form of a cinematic ‘Firefly Fun House Match’ against John Cena. The highly intriguing showdown was far from the regular in-ring matches. It delved deep into the psyche of both competitors with numerous surreal and symbolic moments.
