Vince McMahon announced his retirement earlier this year in July. The former WWE CEO was being investigated over the allegations of paying hush money to an employee, and that was what led to him stepping aside from the position.
However, the investigation is now over as per WWE and many wonder if Mr. McMahon would come back to take on his previous roles.

Please see the Company’s SEC filings, including, but not limited to, its annual report on Form 10-K/A and quarterly reports on Form 10-Q/A and Form 10-Q for further details and ongoing risks regarding this matter.”
