“We Had Just Been Evicted” Dwayne Johnson, Who Was Once Homeless, Receives Special “WTF Gift” from WWE Legend Who Helped Him Out

It is well known that Dwayne Johnson keeps his relationships strong and long-lasting. He frequently gives his close friends and family members expensive presents as a way of expressing his affection for them. Meanwhile, in contrast, The Rock received a gift from a longtime buddy that he referred to as a “WTF” gift.

The former WWE Champion recently posted on Instagram about his longtime friendship with Downtown Bruno, whom DJ once surprised with a car. Meanwhile, the former WWE employee gave him a fantastic present as a surprise.

The Rock revealed he received an 8×10 photo from Bruno of the person who picked him up at the Nashville airport. To give you some perspective, The Great One revealed that his mother had sent him to Tennessee to live with his father long before he ever was able to experience his success in life and being at the height of his fame.

Although Rocky Johnson, his father, was expected to pick him up at the airport, he instead sent Bob. Then he learned that his father had been homeless in Tennessee and was now living in another place with a friend. However, Bruno gave him a place to reside, and while there, he made a lifelong buddy.

Meanwhile, The Rock received an 8×10 photo of Bob, the guy who picked him up from the airport, from Bruno. In the caption, the Hollywood megastar admitted that he would have never imagined receiving such a wonderful present, and he was truly in awe of it.

Johnson went from being homeless to acquiring $800 million, a lavish home, a wonderful family, and a significant business after all the ups and downs in his tumultuous life. In 2021, The Rock recalled Bruno’s generosity in helping him pay for his first car in a video he posted on his social media. The Rock later gave Bruno a brand-new Ford F150 truck in the video as payback for the favor.

The Great One needed all the assistance he could receive due to his tough childhood. Consequently, Johnson’s success story is one of the most motivational ones, and he never strays too far from his roots. He makes every effort to pay it forward in his way and will always be grateful for the helping hands that got him up.
