Recently, the wrestler’s mother met with an accident late at night. The unfortunate event took place while she was driving. Dwayne Johnson even went ahead to make everybody realize that a parent is nothing less than a blessing. Similarly, fans keep on getting lovable updates about his family through social media. ‘The Rock’s wife, Lauren Hashian, narrated a heart-touching story on her Instagram.

She dedicated the post to the addition of a new member to their family. The Johnsons didn’t know that his little fresh addition would bring them endless joy. The new member of the family was none other than their cute puppy named ‘Turbo’. This was such an enormous change in their lives that Lauren saw it fit to share the lovely memory with fans.

How did ‘The Rock’ end up buying Turbo?

According to the story narrated by Lauren, ‘The Great One’ wasn’t present while buying the dog. However, Lauren herself was present at the moment and approved to buy the dog. While the singer was out on a pleasant day with her two little girls, they craved some donuts. Following the aroma, they accidentally came across a pet shop. Kids being kids, forgot about the donuts and then became interested in the pet shop itself.

“We were NOT planning to get a dog but asked them if they had a puppy available we could at least see. This was the very first and ONLY pup they brought out… because it was love at first sight,” wrote Lauren in the caption of the post she put as a tribute for Turbo. Even though there were no prior plans, the adorable puppy had the little girls and Lauren herself in awe. “We FaceTimed Dad. And the rest is history,” added the singer.

‘The Rock’ and his family are both grateful for the dog

“Turbo is the greatest, most loving little guy we could’ve never expected or imagined,” wrote ‘The Great One’s wife while expressing the joy that the dog gives them. It seems like the adorable family would have been incomplete without this little fellow. As Lauren said, “he captured our hearts from the second 1!!! He is the definition of a SUPER PET.

Despite his absence and their unplanned wish to buy a dog, Dwayne Johnson did not disapprove of the deal. The WWE legend either loves his family a bit too much or is definitely a dog lover. However, there is a very possibility that both cases coexist.
