Abortion became legal in the United States after the historic Roe vs Wade ruling in 1973. Back in 1973, the Roe vs Wade ruling gave women the complete right to legally abort in the first trimester. But now, after almost 50 years, the SCOTUS (Supreme Court of the United States) has overturned the historic Roe vs Wade ruling passed in 1973.
This overruling by the SCOTUS got the attention of many. And it also brought out some hostile and heartbreaking reactions from some WWE stars like Becky Lynch. The WWE Raw superstar took to Instagram to reveal her feelings and reactions.

Posting a photo of herself on Instagram, Lynch noted, “I am angry and heartbroken over todays decisions. We deserve the right to choose. Vote. Fight for womens rights. Donate. Do what you can. We cannot go backwards.”

Lynch is not the only WWE star who had such a reaction after learning about the overruling. Former WWE Divas Champion Paige is another star who has expressed her dissatisfaction after the SCOTUS overturned the historic Roe vs Wade ruling passed in 1973.
You might have a question why did the ruling got overturned 50 years later. Well, as reported by BBC, the SCOTUS received a case known as Dobbs vs Jackson Women’s Health Organization. This case challenged the abortion rights in Mississippi State after 15 weeks of pregnancy.

And after several hearings, the SCOTUS overturned the Roe vs Wade ruling. Now, as a result of this overruling, women in the US are no longer federally protected for their abortion rights. As of now, 22 out of 50 states in the US are reported to instantly illegalize abortion.
