The Tribal Chief Roman Reigns is currently the talk of the WWE but for all the bad reasons. In fact, not even the kind of bad that makes heels more appealing. The Head of the Table won his latest title match against WWE Universe’s favorite, LA Knight. However, the manner of his win felt repetitive to many fans with The Bloodline assisting his defense. Recently, a WWE legend dissected the disappointment caused by Reigns’ win, and what WWE will do with him.

The Bloodline saga has got the fans invested but at the same time, the predictable nature of most of Reigns’ title defenses which involve interferences has led to some disappointment among the fans.

Roman Reigns’ Tribal Chief character was the redemption of his Shield character that had become an eyesore for fans. While the new avatar of Reigns was a massive hit for the fans, he has now fallen from their grace. Addressing this issue on the Busted Open Podcast, WWE legend Bully Ray said some heated words.

Ray said, “I know why the fans are frustrated. You want us to stick around this champion, who we see every once in a while and you’re telling us it’s bigger and it’s better and it’s special. But I’m not getting that kind of match outta him.” The Hall of Famer said that he recognized that WWE wants Reigns to defend his title at WrestleMania in Philadelphia.

However, he also said, “This way, by the time they get to Philly, there is not one person in that stadium who is gonna want see Roman retain. Because you know why? ‘We’re sick of Roman, we’re sick of the odds of outside interference. We’re sick of this and that and we want Cody, win Cody win.'”

Offering his valuable opinion, the WWE Hall of Famer further said that he knows what holds in the future for Reigns. In fact, the multi-tag team champion presented two reasons dictating future plans for The Tribal Chief.
