Friday Night SmackDown is back on our screen straight from the Resch Center in Green Bay, Wisconsin featuring several big matches and segments like always. The pre-taped show featured a Holiday Havoc Eight-Woman Tag Team Match between Damage CTRL and Zelina Vega, Michin, Bianca Belair, and Shotzi.

But little did we know that one of the most dominant yet chaotic female factions would fall victim to “The Unholy Union” and let their guard slip.

After addressing the state of the women’s division a week back, the duo of Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn is finally back to the roster following 175 days of hiatus and didn’t waste a minute to get on the nerves of Damage CTRL.

During the match between the two sides, Fyre and Dawn interfered to disrupt Damage CTRL members’ momentum, leading Michin to pin Iyo Sky with ease.

However, they made Kairi Sane their most affected victim in the process.

The Unholy Union made Kairi Sane pay as a Damage CTRL member in a dangerous way

Kairi Sane fought the “Miracle on 34th Street Fight” on SmackDown. Despite not being able to pick up a win, she showed excellence throughout the match. This week’s SmackDown, however, brought a more serious beatdown for The Pirate Princess as she was targeted and hit with a fatal finisher from the returning tag team duo, Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn.

Dawn and Fyre were hiding in the present boxes before launching a vicious attack on Asuka and Kairi Sane. In the case of Sane, the Unholy Union took him out with a nasty finisher move.

Belair ceased the chance and hit KOD on Bayley, making her off the place. Mia Yim did the rest by pinning Iyo Sky following a Senton through the table.
