WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg is the master of ‘spear’ and he has won several championships with the same move. However, Goldberg recently took to Instagram and uploaded a video of his son Gage performing the spear.
In the video, Gage hit a mascot with a spear during a football game. Once the mascot got hit by the spear, Gage then attempted a successful elbow drop on the mascot and even pinned him to get a three-count victory.

It was great to see Gage attempting a move that his father immortalized. Now, Goldberg is also known to hit mascots with his spears and there have been several incidents when the former WCW champion took down non-wrestlers with his spear.
Back in 2013, ‘Berg speared Tom Koehler at a baseball game.
Now, of course, Goldberg must’ve performed this move with utter safety, and when you are pro-wrestler, executing your moves safely comes naturally to you.
Goldberg made his first WWE appearance of 2022
The former WWE Universal champion made his comeback to wrestling for the first time in 2022 at this week’s edition of Friday Night SmackDown.
Berg’s last match was against ‘The Almighty’ Bobby Lashley at the Crown Jewel premium live event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where Goldberg supervised everyone and gave an over-the-top performance to win the match.
Now, ‘The Icon’ is back for none other than the longest reigning WWE Universal Champion, Roman Reigns. However, when ‘Berg appeared on SmackDown, the fans on the internet blasted the WWE creative team for not coming out with different ideas.
Fans hate the idea that Goldberg shows up out of nowhere and runs for the top prize of the company. Goldberg fought three matches in 2021, with the first match being with Drew McIntyre and the last two against Bobby Lashley.
However, in the first two fights, Goldberg competed for the WWE Championship but failed to capture it. Now, in 2022, he is back for the Universal Champion, something which ticks the fans off.
