Hulk Hogan and Big Van Vader have competed in several pro wrestling promotions. Vader and Hogan both appeared in WWE and WCW. They also had a feud during Vader’s final stages of his WCW career (1995).

Hulk Hogan stepped in WCW back in 1994 after having success and popularity during his time in WWE.

Following his WCW debut, Hogan proved his dominance by getting the better of top WCW stars like Ric Flair and Vader himself.

Recalling Hogan’s WCW arrival in an interview on The Hannibal TV, Vader gave his opinion on The Hulkster’s early WCW career.

He said, “He [Hulk Hogan] came in and beat Flair four straight. It just changed. I don’t know if that was them or him. Sting was making so much money, I was making so much money, Flair was making so much money, and he comes in making triple of what we’re making so, it disrupted things.”

“And you say well if he’s worth it. But he didn’t, the number stayed the same and didn’t get any better. That’s the bottom line there. The numbers didn’t get any better,” Vader added.

In 1995, The Hulkster and Vader even collided for the WCW World Heavyweight Championship. But Vader could not take the title away from WCW’s new top star. That was Vader’s last year in WCW as he parted ways with WCW in that year.
