As reported, The Rock took to his social before 2022 began and revealed his secret to get psyched up for this year. He revealed that he likes to ‘jump-start’ from the Monday just after Christmas, which keeps him in motion for the new year to come.
However, this Sunday he shared his first cheat meal of this year. And, this time, there were no giant pizzas or french fries. Instead, it was the Rock French Toast, which is designed by the former WWE champion and his chef – Rocky.

The future WWE Hall of Famer took to his Instagram and released a video where he shared his first cheat meal of this year.
The Rock is seen eating four Rock French Toasts, which are four inches thick. He later revealed that there’s a secret recipe to it.
“And for those of you across the country who have EXPERIENCED our ROCK TOAST ~ THANK YOU for your incredible reactions and for those of you who will finally try it this year ~ get ready for THE WORLD’S MOST DELICIOUS FRENCH TOAST,” he wrote.
