The Rock plays a monumental role in the Samoan Wrestling Legacy
As it’s known, over the years, the pro-wrestling industry has witnessed some wrestling families make their way through the business. One such is the Samoan Wrestling Family.
Two of the names that began this legacy was Rock’s grandfather High Chief Peter Maivia and Rock’s father Rocky Johnson. While they were successful during their time, it was Rock who changed the scenario.

Currently, his cousins Roman Reigns and The Usos are carrying forward the Samoan Wrestling Legacy in WWE. Additionally, Rock’s daughter Simone Johnson is supposedly debuting on WWE NXT soon.
It’s unknown exactly when WWE wants to push Simone’s plans to motion, but she showed great promise during her time at the Performance Center.
