Ronda Rousey and Charlotte Flair are going to face each other at WrestleMania 38 for the SmackDown Women’s Championship. The match has already created hype between the fans and everyone is looking forward to it.

Ronda Rousey challenged Charlotte Flair after she won the Royal Rumble match. Ronda’s choice was simple at Rumble when she tossed Charlotte over the top rope to win the match and claim her ticket to WrestleMania.

Ronda Rousey and Charlotte Flair had multiple confrontations with each other on every episode of SmackDown. Fans also got a taste of their WrestleMania match when they fought in a tag team match at Elimination Chamber.

WWE aired the recent episode of SmackDown from Charlotte, North Carolina, the hometown of blue brands Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair. Fans in the arena saw a massive brawl between Charlotte and Ronda, with Ronda getting power-bombed through the announce table.

The Power Bomb was a near major injury for Ronda as the table broke down slowly and would have injured Ronda’s back. Moreover, Ronda Rousey was bleeding from her mouth, presumably from the impact. Charlotte owned her moment in her hometown and captured everyone’s attention.

Moments before their brawl ensued on SmackDown, Charlotte was cutting a promo saying about how she was the most decorated WWE Women’s Champion of all time. She was talking about her accomplishment of being a 13-time Women’s champion in WWE.

Charlotte also talked about their brawl from last week, where Ronda was about to tap out. Charlotte has claimed since accepting Ronda’s challenge that she will tap out The Baddest Women at WrestleMania.

Ronda Rousey and Charlotte Flair are about to make a WrestleMania record

Both brands’ Women’s Title matches are on Day 1 of WrestleMania 38. However, the main event is still up in the air. If either of the women’s matches for the title serves as the main event on the first night, those two women will make history for main eventing WrestleMania twice in their career.

As of now, there are only five women who have main evented WrestleMania. Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair, and Ronda Rousey at WrestleMania 35; Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair at WrestleMania 37- the first night.
