Roman Reigns is still ‘The Head of the Table’ in WWE after a victory against ‘Demon’ Finn Balor at WWE Extreme Rules pay-per-view tonight. But, the ending of the match became a talking point for the WWE Universe and all the internet fanatics.
However, there was one thing that stood out from the entire main event match of the show, and no, it was not the dramatic power-up of Finn Balor.
Since it was an ‘Extreme Rules’ match, there were no count-outs or disqualifications. So naturally, both the superstars went outside the ring to fight. The highlight was that Roman Reigns was fighting amongst the crowd wearing a COVID protective mask, and the fans on the internet couldn’t get enough of it.

Roman Reigns has had a scary past with health issues
Over the internet, there have been lots of mixed reactions about Roman Reigns wearing the mask and fighting. Many people thought it looked absolutely cool to wear a mask, and others merely debated on the medical implications of wearing a mask
Notably, Roman Reigns has had a troublesome past with Leukemia and publicly announced in 2018 that he has been battling Leukemia.
However, things got better, and he made his comeback, but once COVID-19 struck the United States and all the countries of the world, Reigns took some time off wrestling just to make sure he doesn’t catch the virus.
Moreover, that short hiatus from WWE just days before WrestleMania gave the WWE’s creative team an ample amount of time to figure how to make Roman relevant again. It was at this point that his journey as a marquee heel truly began.
