The Tribal Chief, aka Roman Reigns, is only five days away from 600 days as the WWE Universal Champion. Roman Reigns successfully defeated Brock Lesnar at the Most Stupendous WrestleMania match to become the first-ever Unified WWE Universal Champion.
Roman Reigns became an ultimate heel (bad guy) character since the SummerSlam 2020. As advertised by the WWE, Roman Reigns claimed to be in ‘God Mode’ with his heel persona.

However, in a recently resurfaced, Roman Reigns stepped outside his ‘God Mode’ and addressed the WWE Universe. This was a rare sight for the wrestling fans because The Tribal Chief broke his character to express his emotion during WWE live event.
Roman Reigns broke character to thank the fans for their support!
The WWE Undisputed Universal Champion competed in his first singles match since the WrestleMania 38. Reigns defended his title against Drew McIntyre at Saturday Night’s Main Event in Erie, Pennsylvania. After the bout, The Tribal Chief took a microphone in his hands to cut a babyface (good guy) promo.
Reigns said, “It’s been one hell of a month. This is the first time I am back in the ring since WrestleMania. So it’s been a crazy month, a crazy two weeks to process what’s going on. But I just want to say that with the turnout, with the energy that [the crowd] brought, you made it really easy for all of us doing this, all of us WWE Superstars.”
In this video, WWE Champion put away his heel persona aside for a temporary basis. Reigns thanked the WWE Universe for their support and dedication to the company.

What hilarious request did The Tribal Chief make to the WWE Universe?
The Tribal Chief has been smashing his opponents inside the ring for over 595 days. But Reigns did not forget about his performance in the ring because the fans and the backstage crew motivated him. In addition, Reigns requested fans not to share his video online because he will straight up deny it.

“And I think it makes us very proud and privileged to have the opportunity to do what we do for the greatest fans in the world. So, don’t put this on social media because I’ll deny it and say it’s a hologram. But on behalf of everybody in the back, I just want to thank you,” Roman Reigns added.
Roman Reigns made a rib-tickling reference to the fans that if his character-breaking video is shared online, he will claim that those were words by a holographic Reigns’.

Reigns showed a softer side at the Saturday Night’s Main Event, and the crowd ate his babyface promo. It is still unclear whom Roman Reigns will face at WrestleMania Backlash. However, according to the previous WWE SmackDown episode, Shinsuke Nakamura was teased when he was attacked by The Bloodline (Roman & The Usos).
After breaking a hilarious yet impressive babyface promo, Reigns will continue to lead his supremacy with his ‘God Mode’ character.
