The showdown between the two men was brutal, with shocking turns. Lesnar repeatedly delivered vicious suplexes to keep “The Deadman” down. However, as The Undertaker didn’t go away easily, it took several F5s to end his legendary streak.
The match was a big milestone for Brock Lesnar, who became the one behind the one in twenty-one and one.

Why did Vince McMahon end The Undertaker’s streak with Brock Lesnar?
The Undertaker had been in WWE for over two decades in 2014. He was an old-school wrestler dealing with health issues.
Eventually, The Undertaker lost a step. His injuries caught up with him and affected his in-ring performances. WWE also cut the actual match time for WrestleMania 30 down due to The Undertaker suffering a concussion early in the match.
On the other side, as Brock Lesnar was one of the top competitors in WWE, Vince McMahon ended the streak with the hands of Brock Lesnar.
Vince McMahon suggested Lesnar’s name to The Undertaker, to which he agreed. In an interview with Ariel Helwani’s MMA Show, The Undertaker mentioned Vince McMahon’s view towards ending his streak.
He said, “Internally and the way this business works, I knew someday it would end. In our industry, you don’t walk away like Floyd [Mayweather], undefeated, or Rocky Marciano. It just doesn’t happen that way in wrestling.”
