What is the John Cena Five Knuckle Shuffle?

John Cena has been using the Five Knuckle Shuffle since the beginning of his career and will continue to do so whenever he steps inside the ring. This move builds the connection between his wrestling career and rap career.

The Five Knuckle Shuffle is from his album “You Can’t See Me”, and he uses it to show that he is too quick for his opponent. A popular meme generated around this concept says that Cena is truly invisible.

Coming to STF, it stands for ‘Standover Toehold Facelock.’ Even though this move looks standard, pro-wrestlers have claimed that it can cause unbearable pain.
