Ending a prolonged period of being on the tenterhooks, Liv Morgan finally got a chance to test her mettle with a title match against Becky Lynch during the King and Queen of the Ring event in Saudi Arabia. Quite predictively, she didn’t miss putting it to full use, walking out victorious. This feat of Morgan, however, was much more about silencing Rhea Ripley, whom she propelled to relinquish the title on Raw as a part of her ‘Liv Morgan Revenge Tour’. As her aim came to a completion in Saudi Arabia, the Queen of Extreme issued an oblique message for Mami and all of her fans across the globe.

Lynch took the upper hand early on, kicking off the night, but the match took a dramatic turn when Dominik Mysterio ended up intervening in the match, offering Lynch a steel chair. But Lynch couldn’t use the weapon for a win like a failed destiny. On the other hand, Morgan took it to her favor, hitting Oblivion right there while driving her opponent’s face right onto the steel. That’s how she ended the brief title reign of Lynch while completing her revenge on Mami.

Lynch promised to take everything away from the Eradicator and was going in that direction, teasing a cryptically romantic angle with Mami’s number one boy, Dominik Mysterio. That said, the wish remained half-fulfilled for Lynch, with Mysterio proving his unwavering loyalty to Ripley. But Morgan had the biggest reason to take a sarcastic dig at Mami. After wrapping Ripley’s long-donned belt on her waist, Morgan issued an IG post tagging the Eradicator with a smirky kissing emoji.

She also made a separate post to shut all her haters down, noting, ”The #LMRT is just getting started. If you don’t like it, you can cry about it.. but if I were you, I’d watch me 😈 #ANDNEW”

However, when it comes to the under-the-kayfabe scene, Morgan shares a beautiful bond with Rhea Ripley.

Liv Morgan and Rhea Ripley were incredible allies

As awkward as it may sound, in WWE, even the most ferocious in-ring rivals might embrace each other warmly outside the ring. There are also instances of allies turning foes in the course of events. It’s the strange reality of the game. The second scenario applies to the boiling Rhea Ripley-Liv Morgan dynamic. Morgan and Ripley formed the Liv 4 Brutality tag team in 2022 and their bond as allies was on full display during WrestleMania 38 when they competed in a fatal four-way match.

Appearing on WWE Break It Down, Morgan noted how unique and special their bond was and how much she enjoyed working with her thoroughly. “In those days, I really, really, really enjoyed my partnership with Rhea. I think it was unique and special and we knew each other very, very, very, very well, and we just had a special bond that was between her and I, that is no more,” said Morgan.

It will be interesting to see how Morgan’s latest elevation impacts her journey, Rhea Ripley’s potential future, and the Judgement Day thematics in the coming days. What’s your take on Liv Morgan’s bold post-victory message to Rhea Ripley and fans? Let us know in the comments.
