Dwayne Johnson is arguably one of the most popular actors in the world. His charisma knows no bounds, and he has worked his way to the top. Apart from acting, he is also known to be extremely fond of fitness and maintaining his physique.

Johnson is a self-proclaimed ‘hardest worker in the room’ and has repeatedly proven it. His workout results are evident in his physique. Johnson currently has one of the most impressive figures in all of Hollywood.

Johnson is extremely fond of fitness, and has several homemade gyms in his home, known as ‘Iron Paradise’. He often takes to social media to show off his pumps, his gym,s and his post-workout looks. However, recently he took to social media to showcase something completely different.

The Rock shared on Instagram to his 348 million followers, the construction site of his latest, ‘Iron Paradise’. He said, “Our construction site. As you can see, the foundation behind, the concrete has already been laid, and what this is, as you can see above, architecturally these awesome, massive beams. And these beams will become the support mechanism. And, the structure is the latest, and the greatest Iron paradise.”

He further proclaimed how excited he is about this gym and how he has built a few gyms across the country as well. Johnson was extremely excited about his latest gym, and could already feel the “mana” in the gym.

What does Dwayne Johnson’s diet look like?

To maintain a physique like Dwayne Johnson, diet is one of the most important things. Without a properly balanced diet, gaining a physique like that almost seems impossible. However, Johnson, with his hard work and determination, maintained his diet and strict workout routine.

Johnson revealed his typical diet, which mainly consists of proteins. The Rock has around six meals a day, where his breakfast consists of eggs, bison meat, oatmeal and fruits. His second meal is usually chicken breast, rice, and some vegetables. While during dinner, he has fish or chicken with sweet potatoes and green vegetables. He has also revealed how he usually maintains 6000-8000 calories per day.

Most of the meals are extremely heavy, and that is required because of his physique. The Rock has casein protein and drinks a lot of water, and his energy drink, Zoa. The 50-year-old is also extremely famous for his cheat meals, where he is often seen sitting on huge portions of meals.
