Losing the main event saw McIntyre storm out of the building as soon as CM Punk’s music hit. Fans were left wondering why he did so without talking to anyone. Now, he finally broke his silence.

The Survivor Series main event WarGames match was the second match for McIntyre as a heel.

McIntyre dropped a massive promo after walking out of the Allstate Arena after Survivor Series. He said, “If you’re watching the show, you know why, at WarGames last night, my stupid team lost the match for me.” McIntyre clearly expressed that he has no alliance with Judgment Day as he blames them for his loss at WarGames. He went on to claim that if there was one thing that would make him happy after last night, it would be getting his hands on the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.

He continued, “I’m gonna break his back, make him humble, kick his ar*e, and take his World Title.” This was in reference to Seth Rollins. This hints at McIntyre still eyeing Rollins’ title despite his loss at Crown Jewel. Winning the World Heavyweight title has been a massive goal for McIntyre.

The future of McIntyre vs Rollins

While McIntyre has made it clear that he wants another shot at the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, he may not be the only one. While Punk made his return to the WWE, fans began speculating who might his opponent be.

Many have claimed that he would go after the title as well. This could lead to a feud between McIntyre and Punk for a title shot. However, this could also lead to a triple threat at WrestleMania 40.
