On SmackDown, LA Knight faced the Enforcer of The Bloodline, Solo Sikoa in the main event of SmackDown. Earlier in the show, John Cena introduced him to the WWE crowd and a returning Roman Reigns. Knight decided to challenge The Head of the Table straight away before taking care of Jimmy Uso.
As a result, Reigns instructed Solo Sikoa to take care of Knight as Reigns departed the scene with his wise man Paul Heyman. However, at the main event, Knight pinned Sikoa after delivering his finisher BFT. But was pinning Solo Sikoa on live TV a sign of something big for Knight?

SmackDown show opened with WWE Legend John Cena appreciating the crowd before Reigns’ intervention. Soon, fan favorite LA Knight joined the party to confront The TriballChief only to face Solo Sikoa later in the night. At the main event he did pin The Enforcer clean, so what does that mean for “The Megastar?”
LA Knight is on a meteoric rise in the company. Despite facing multiple hurdles throughout his wrestling career, he has finally convinced WWE authorities to give him a push. And it seems Triple H has finally pulled the trigger on LA Knight now.
Triple H is high on LA Knight and WWE considers the 40-year-old to be the next poster boy. Knight’s presentation on WWE TV is a clear indication of the push he is receiving. He appeared alongside WWE legend John Cena in a major match at Fastlane. Now, he is involved in segments featuring Paul Heyman. Rumors are that he will face Reigns at Crown Jewel, which will in all possibilities be the main event of the show.
It is worth noting that Reigns has only feuded either against certified main-eventers or upper-card talents. Hence, a match against Reigns is indeed the biggest cue of all. These are all signs of a better future for Knight in 2024 who is thought to be not so good when it comes to backstage politics.

Another hint that Knight could be lined up for bigger things is his singles win over the much-protected Solo Sikoa.
Solo Sikoa is a heavily protected by WWE till now
It was Solo Sikoa’s third loss (singles) on WWE TV since he made his main roster debut at Clash at the Castle PLE. His other singles losses were against Cody Rhodes on the March 27th episode of RAW and against his brother Jey Uso on the August 4th episode of SmackDown.

Though he has other losses they have come in tag-team matches and on no occasion he has been pinned. It shows how well-protected Solo Sikoa is, as WWE considers Sikoa as an upper-card performer. Thus, this could mean WWE sees Knight as a main eventer down the line and a bright future may be ahead of him.
