Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson is one of the most well-known faces of the past decade for his appearances on the big screen. He is an actor who has always stood out for his physical corpulence and competitive character. And that’s all thanks to his wrestling experience. Now, with a few more years under his belt, the Brahma Bull continues to maintain near-perfect condition thanks to his demanding gym routines. However, he recently had to defend himself from a common accusation levied against fitness freaks.

To maintain his perfect physique, he must hit the gym even when he’s not home. So the next option he has is going to a public gym. As often is the case, the gyms often shut down for the day when a celebrity is working out in them. And such a recent accusation was made against the Rock as well. However, he was quick to come up with a reply.

The Rock just uploaded a reel on his Instagram where he revealed the importance of working out even when you’re traveling. And how he is going to a gym in Cannes, France after just landing there from Canada. No breaks for the giant when it comes to maintaining his fitness levels. So in his video, he asked others to follow the same discipline to stay fit and healthy. One of the many life advice he often gives to his followers.

However, in the comment section, a user pointed out that his gym was closed as the Rock must be working out inside it. As he said, “Ah. Thats why the gym i went to in cannes was closed.” This prompted a reply from the Brahma Bull who was quick to clarify that he prefers working out with other people around him. In fact, he never asks other gyms to close when he is working out. “haha no man I never close gyms down just for my workout. Gym owners always offer to close the gym but that’s not how I roll. We all train together.” This truly proves that working out is no less than worship for the People’s champ. And he also proved the same when he was preparing for his return to the WWE.

Along with other wrestlers who are making their way in Hollywood such as Dave Bautista or John Cena, The Rock was part of one of the most splendid eras of the WWE. And whenever his schedule allows it, he usually visits his old home. And for Wrestlemania 40, The Rock returned to the ring to be part of the main event of the night. Facing Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins alongside Roman Reigns. After his victory, many wondered how the 51-year-old could stay so fit and what his preparation for this fight had been. It was the performer himself who shared on his Instagram account the demanding training he has undergone to rise to the occasion.

His preparation has consisted of 12 weeks of hard exercises that he has described as an “intense effort and nothing like what I had done before. Taking me physically, mentally, and psychologically to places I’ve never been.” The actor has a lot of respect for the craft he brilliantly exercised for so many years. So he wanted to look his best for the occasion. The Brahma Bull has a lot of reverence for the gym and the value it provides. However, Dwayne Johnson has proved that he doesn’t act as a deterrent to achieve his means with his latest exchange. What do you make of
