“Walmart Jared Leto”- Fans Call for “Old” Seth Rollins to Return After Being Frustrated With His Out of Control Drip

There was a time when Seth Rollins and the color black went hand in hand. This was during and after his SHIELD days. This was the old Rollins who didn’t know how to style himself. However, the new Seth Rollins loves loud colors and constantly changes his style, but the fans are not happy.

When the WWE official Instagram page posted a new video of Rollins’s new RAW drip, fans were not all that excited about it. They took to social media to voice their feelings on it. 

The fans hate the new ‘Drip Gawd’

Since the start of 2021, Rollins has not only changed his attitude but also his style. The WWE universe loves a wrestler changing up their look to match their new gimmick or persona. But sometimes too much of something can be overwhelming. When Rollins debuted his drip gwad persona fans were intrigued by it.

Coming off the very popular The Monday Night Messiah persona, this was a change. Since his SHIELD days, Rollins mostly stayed to the color black, no matter what he wore. However, with this new persona, Rollins was about to change things up. None of the fans could have expected what Rollins was about to do. Go full color.

Rollins appeared on RAW after successfully defending his WWE World Heavyweight Championship title against Finn Balor at SummerSlam. He decided it was time for a celebration and showed up in some new drip. Blue top and pans with bright yellow boots and glasses. Despite the audience in attendance cheering, many fans took to social media to voice their disapproval of the drip gawd.

With a new cocky, funny, almost goofy attitude, Rollins shows up in bright, flamboyant suits. Some great hits of the drip era include The Purple Suit, Gold & Black, The technicolored dream, and many more. While the fans love the new attitude and the constant in-ring performance. The clothing is getting a bit too much for them which they made known on social media. 

“I hate this version of Seth so much” WWE Universe clamors for the return of old Rollins

During Monday Night RAW, while Cody Rhodes was addressing his monumental match with Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam, Rollins decided to interfere. This is where he showed off his blue and yellow drip. While the two men exchanged words, Judgment Day showed up. During the altercation even Sami  Zyan got involved resulting in a 6-man tag team match as the main event for the night. However, fans were more excited to share their thoughts on Rollins’s new drip.

Some fans lamented on the situation involving Rollins.

“We need the old Seth back . Y’all can keep this one 💀”

“Y’all voted for this guy to be champion now nobody likes him 🤦🏿‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️”

“This proves they need Wyatt back. The main event scene is zzzzzz”

“And people wonder why Roman is the more successful one out of the 3 Shield members.”

Others clearly expressed their disdain for Rollins.

“This is our world champ btw💀 walmart jared leto smh,that’s why roman is number 1”

“I hate this version of Seth so much 😭”

“I like Seth now but 2015 was just different. Maybe nostalgia just hitting lol”

A few fans chastised Rollins for his presentation and choices.

“So Seth is meant to be a fighting champion event though he defended his tittle only 3 times in 3 months?”

“I thought he was a super mario🤣”

While most fans are unhappy with the constant flamboyant clothes and silly attitude, some wish for a more serious Rollins. The architect and Kingslayer persona of Rollins is still loved to this day.
