Vince McMahon yelled in agony at WWE Legend Kurt Angle during King of the Ring 2001. At the event, the Olympic gold medalist fought Vince’s son in a match that went down in history as an all-time horrific battle, and it emerges out the boss wasn’t thrilled with one of the event’s most iconic scenes.
Referee Mike Chioda was the official during the match. During a podcast It’s My House Podcast, he revealed that he warned Kurt Angle to stop throwing Shane through the class. He repeated the same several times, but Kurt wasn’t listening.

Vince McMahon yells at WWE Legend Kurt Angle to stop during the Street Fight
During the match between Kurt Angle and Shane McMahon, Kurt Angle tried to put Shane through the glass. He tried this move a few times, but it was hard to break it. Referee Mike Chioda stated that Vince and everybody were screaming at Kurt Angle to stop. Despite that, he kept doing it again and again until McMahon went through the glass.
After the match, he revealed that he confronted Kurt for ignoring his instructions. However, Kurt Angle responded that he wasn’t able to hear him clearly After the match, Vince was furious with everyone involved.

In an episode of the Kurt Angle Show, he
said, “Yeah, I got a concussion halfway through the first match with Christian. I got lost in the match at a couple of spots and Christian had to carry me through to the end. And we were able to be successful at finishing the match.”
The third match turned out to be a street fight. It was an intense battle between both the wrestlers. Kurt Angle also said that Shane McMahon told him to put him through the glass repeatedly to make the match spectacular and intense.

Certainly, Kurt Angle had to fight with the injuries because of no medical assistance backstage. Fighting three matches is no mean feat especially when you are suffering many injuries and still electing to carry on. The WWE legend Kurt Angle had always recalled this moment when talking about career-threatening matches.
