According to reports, the company has reported $1.095 Billion in 2021. This is their highest revenue and profit ever!
Well, it’s possible the number increased because the expenses decreased. However, it’s still a hefty sum. Of course, the company has worked on bringing back megastars, legends, and Hall of Famers throughout 2021 and even in 2022.

Their consistent efforts in bringing back former Superstars and putting them in storylines with current Superstars may have worked successfully! Even when some viewers complain about the product, the majority are enjoying it, watching it, and the company is earning major profits because of it!

Vince McMahon has fired his son from the company
While WWE has been terminating Superstars’ contracts, it’s not beyond going after family.
Vince McMahon doesn’t let anyone disrupt the flow of WWE’s products, even if it’s his son. Therefore, after Shane McMahon caused troubles at Royal Rumble 2022, The Big Man decided to quietly move him from all creative discussions. As a result, he’s no longer taking part in Elimination Chamber and WrestleMania 38.

It’s unknown if Shane McMahon will continue being a part of WWE as an official, but he’s definitely not going to be on WWE TV anymore!
On the other hand, many spew hate on WWE and The Big Man for constantly firing Superstars. However, many do not know that WWE has been hiring as well, but from the media front.
In fact, WWE has made quite a few media deals that have helped push the product to a much larger audience base.
Circling back to the 2021 profits, it’s possible the new media deals played a role in the same. But, more profits could lead to more reinvestment. Hence, WWE and Vince McMahon could be planning big things with the big bucks that have come to the company’s account.
