Consequently, McMahon knows everything around the wrestling industry. The key priority for his business is to keep quality entertainment and the best wrestlers in the company. Moreover, he talks to the WWE Superstars personally, to make them feel welcomed and a part of the promotion.

Recently, former WWE NXT Superstar Bronson Reed talked about his first meeting with Vince McMahon. He is a former North American Champion in the NXT brand and is currently plying his trade in New Japan Pro-Wrestling.

Recently, he was interviewed by Sean Ross Sapp from Fightful. During his conversation, Bronson Reed talked about his wrestling career in WWE and his experience with Mr. McMahon.

Bronson Reed talks about his first meeting with Vince McMahon

Bronson Reed talked about how Vince McMahon knew everything about the wrestling industry, especially about Australian wrestling, which caught him by surprise.

He said, “I spoke about Australian wrestling history and it was so great that he knew so much about Australian wrestling as well. Obviously yeah! he should, he’s Vince McMahon. He knows everything um… but it’s still like gob smacked me a little bit because I mentioned like a venue that I wrestled back home and he knew it like he knew it straight away.”

“He was like, oh yeah, I remember that blah blah and like you don’t expect someone like that to remember all the little town’s venues and stuff like that, but I guess this is why he is who he is,” said Bronson Reed.

Bronson Reed is a former NXT North American Champion. He held the title for 42 days until Isaiah “Swerve” Scott defeated him. In August 2021, Reed was released by WWE. Although he is a potential star, he couldn’t make it to the main roster.

Currently, he is signed to New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW) and Impact Wrestling under the ring name Jonah.
