‘Vigilant’ Dominik Mysterio Reveals His Plan Ahead of ‘Mami’ Rhea Ripley’s Match at WrestleMania 39

After emerging victorious in the Women’s Royal Rumble match, it is time for Rhea Ripley to center stage against Charlotte Flair for the SmackDown Women’s Champion title at WrestleMania 39. Ever since the fans got to know about this match, they cannot wait to see the two stars squaring off against each other. Ripley has been a top star on RAW for the past year and will look to reach the pinnacle of her journey yet again.

In Ripley’s journey till here, a WWE star constantly remained alongside her. There is no space for second thoughts while naming her partner-in-crime Dominik Mysterio who will do everything possible in his control to make her ‘Mami’ the new SmackDown Women’s Champion. To be specific, he actually started with it on the last Friday Night SmackDown episode. He confronted Charlotte Flair while defending Ripley. And now he was again spotted keeping an eye on The Queen. 

WWE star backing Rhea Ripley ahead of her WrestleMania match 

A few hours back, WWE posted a video through its official Instagram account that saw something fascinating. It left fans with numerous questions about Dominik’s possible role in Ripley vs Flair face-off in WrestleMania.

In the video, the 25-year-old was seen keeping an eye on Flair. He then also explained his actions to the WWE Universe through the camera. He said, “Keeping an eye on the competition for mami, but Charlotte, as I said on Friday, the hottest thing in WWE, right now is Rhea bloody Ripley. So, at WrestleMania, I hope you come prepared.”

The young Mysterio has always backed her ‘Mami’. Be it in mixed tag team matches against Edge and Beth Phoenix at the Elimination Chamber or her upcoming championship match against Flair. However, during Dominik’s last confrontation with the SmackDown Women’s Champion, he took a dig at her while quoting her dad. 

Personal remark by Dominik on Charlotte Flair

At the time of mocking Flair, Dominik said something that can be quite hurtful. As per Rey Mysterio’s son, Flair will definitely lose to Ripley in WrestleMania 39. So, he took a personal dig at the 36-year-old by telling her that she will soon understand that her father was right when he said, ‘You’re just not good enough’. 

However, the 14-time world champion did not just listen to him, but hit him back with her words. She said, “Unlike you Dom, I love my Dad.”
