Cody Rhodes recently raised eyebrows amidst the wrestling community for a statement that he released earlier about missing having a manager in pro wrestling. This came around the same time as Arn Anderson had revealed to the fans that he would be leaving AEW soon. However, Anderson claims to not be open to work because he left the promotion to focus on his son.
Despite his claim, wrestling fans across the internet have been speculating that the two of them will work together again. Since The American Nightmare has become a WWE Undisputed Champion, a manager would suit him, according to a former employee.

In a recent episode of The Ryback Show, the former wrestler shared his thoughts on the topic. He then shared that specific clip on his YouTube channel. Ryback believes that the superstar could benefit from having a manager as it would help him observe what’s going on in the meetings. Ryback said, “Cody, that’s where Cody is very smart in having wanting a guy like that to have your back. Because then you have eyes and ears in the production meetings. You’ve got an extra set of eyes and ears backstage that if you’re on the left side of the arena and he’s on the right side and he catches a conversation and catering that maybe you need to know about that you want to be privy to. It’s very beneficial.”

Apart from Ryback, another former WWE employee shined his views on the subject but had completely opposite views from what we currently explored.
Rhodes tipped not to work with Anderson
During a recent show, Jim Cornette talked about the possibility of Arn Anderson joining WWE to help out Cody Rhodes as his manager again. The podcaster wasn’t happy about how this could go down. He believes that as a babyface, the new champion doesn’t need a manager. Moreover, Anderson didn’t have much personality in AEW besides the manager part, which makes Cornette further repulsed by the idea.
