During his time with WWE, Steve Austin certainly would have witnessed some fantastic scenes while being on the road. A business that demands traveling so much will expose you to something new every day.
However, the former WWE Champion was pretty excited when he recently came across U.S. Navy’s Blue Angels Squadron Jets.
Stone Cold Steve Austin takes over the Blue Angels Squadron
Stone Cold Steve Austin had an iconic run in WWE. After winning the WWE Championship at WrestleMania XIV, he shot to stardom. Feuds with the likes of The Rock, The Undertaker, Triple H, and most notably Vince McMahon, followed, which made him a hardcore fan favorite.
The only WWE superstar to win the Royal Rumble thrice, the ‘Texas Rattlesnake’, has a pretty impressive resume and is a Hall of Famer. But recently, Austin was himself left impressed by the Blue Angels Squadron of the U.S. Navy.
The WWE legend had a chance to visit the Minden Tahoe Airport recently and watched the Blue Angels Squadron in practice.
The Blue Angels are the Navy’s flight demonstration squadron. Their mission is to showcase the skill and teamwork of the Navy and Marine Corps. Austin met with the pilots of the squadron and was delighted to watch them in action. He even took a seat in a cockpit in one of the jets of the Blue Angels and shared his experience on his Instagram profile.

Austin enjoyed his visit and had high praise for those involved with the Blue Angel team. The former King of the Ring winner also urged people who are in the area to enjoy Angel’s demonstration on 2nd October. The Blue Angels were practicing for the Aviation Roundup Show at the Minden Tahoe Airport, which takes place on 1 & 2 October.

Steve Austin’s WWE return
To everyone’s surprise, Stone Cold Steve Austin made his in-ring return to WWE after 19 years at WrestleMania 38.
The three-time world Champion appeared on the ‘KO Show’ as a guest host alongside Kevin Owens. Owens eventually challenged Austin to a match, which he duly accepted. This sent the fans in attendance into a frenzy as Austin brawled with Owens in an impromptu match.

Stone Cold survived a scare but hit his trademark, Stunner, to beat Owens and secure an emotional win in front of an ecstatic audience. After the match, he celebrated in his usual beer-drinking style before hitting Owens with another Stone Cold Stunner.
