Ronnie Coleman is often regarded as one of the greatest bodybuilders ever. He is a record eight-time Mr. Olympia and shares the same feat with Lee Haney. Coleman won the title from 1998 to 2005 consecutively.

During this span, he established himself as ‘The King’ and as a legend of bodybuilding. Coleman is often associated with Arnold Schwarzenegger as a bodybuilding great and as an inspiration for several upcoming bodybuilders.

WWE also had its own share of heavyweights and strongmen. Among them was The World’s Strongest Man, Mark Henry. Henry also won the Arnold Strongman Classic in 2002. While Coleman weighed at 135Kgs, Mark stood strong at 163kgs. Henry is often considered one of the toughest WWE Superstars in the ring. His ‘Hall of Pain’ gimmick went extremely over with the fans and established him as a solid heel in the process.

In an old photo resurfacing on Twitter, Mark Henry was found posing alongside eight-time Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman. While Mark Henry is 1.93m tall, Coleman is just 1.8m. However, both of them possess immense strength and are two of the most popular heavyweights.

However, Coleman, known for his physique, looked extremely small compared to Henry in the picture. Both of the stars were spotted donning suits. The photo was clicked at The Joe and Betty Weider Museum of Physical Culture.

Another picture on Facebook showed the both of them posing together alongside a fan.

Coleman and Henry are two of the most talented persons in the world, and seeing their photos together was a treat for their fans.

To achieve a physique like Ronnie Coleman, one must have sheer will and extreme determination. With a strict diet and extensive training, only can one reach Coleman’s vicinity. He is an eight-time Mr.Olympia winner, which is no small feat. But the question is to achieve this, how many hours did he train?

His records and feats set a new standard in the world of bodybuilding. Coleman trained six days per week. He trained each muscle group with three to five exercises and maintained his reps between eight to fifteen.

Coleman believed in progressive overload and gradually increased his weights based on his capacity, which helped him to grow his muscles better. Coleman reached his stage slowly and steadily, and it caused him a lot of pain and hard work. But to reach a certain position one must give their all, and so did Coleman.
