The Immortal Hulk Hogan has always been one of the most legendary pro wrestlers to ever exist in the sport. After making his debut for WWE, he rose to prominence real quick and became one of the greats. It was his impressive physique and charisma that took him to great heights.
However, Hogan also possessed good wrestling abilities as well, and those helped him shine in his career. Majority of his career, Hogan remained a baby face. However, it was during his heel turn in WCW that Hogan’s physique saw a massive change. It saw him transform from his bulky physique to a more lean-cut body with defined muscles.

However, Hogan’s physique came with a toll of its own. For the past few years, Hogan has been suffering from a long list of injuries. Despite sporting one of the fittest physiques in all of sports entertainment, Hogan had his own share of injuries and troubles.
Speaking on the ‘Hollywood Raw’ podcast, Brooke Hogan talked about her career, life, and her father, Hulk Hogan. At one point in the podcast, she revealed how many surgeries her father had.

She said, “We counted how many surgeries he’s had in the last 10 years and I think we’re at 25. He’s had both shoulders scoped and he had his whole bicep and his bursa sac and everything tied up in his shoulder last year.” Brooke Hogan further revealed how he even had MRSA, and also had to replace both of his knees, and also had work done on his elbows and shoulder.
The number of surgeries Hogan underwent is twice as many as bodybuilding legend, Ronnie Coleman. Coleman has gone through 13 surgeries in total, which is around two times lesser than what Hogan has suffered. Ronnie Coleman is an eight-time Mr. Olympia Winner and the legend who dethroned Arnold Schwarzenegger, who was a seven-times Mr. Olympia winner.

Hulk Hogan is one of the world’s most influential wrestlers in the world. He has left a legacy that is extremely hard to match and compete with. However, a lot of it was due to Hogan’s impressive physique and 24inch biceps.

Even at his age, Hogan is extremely fit than many of his colleagues. Previously, Hogan was known for training with heavy weights and performing compound exercises. However, now he trains at his private gym in his home. Although he now trains with lighter weights, he has increased the number of reps. He maintains his rigorous training schedule with a healthy and balanced diet.
