Roman Reigns left The Bloodline in Solo Sikoa’s hands when he went on a hiatus after his major WrestleMania XL defeat. As the new leader of the heel stable, Reigns’ cousin’s gimmick has been altered a little to fill in the shoes that he left empty.

However, Solo Sikoa has been on the receiving end of some criticism for not doing a good enough job. Fightful Wrestling added to this point of view by revealing exactly what they think could be going wrong with Sikoa’s altered gimmick.

On SmackDown 05/17, we saw Solo Sikoa and The Bloodline cut a promo. Looking at what happened on that day, Fightful’s Alexis Cardoza talked about how The Enforcer’s gimmick has changed a lot to fit him better into the leader role. While he was more of a silent person, WWE has given him more dialogues now, making him less intimidating.

On top of everything, Cardoza thinks that the wardrobe is not doing a great job in presenting him as a leader of The Bloodline. “Sometimes he looks a little goofy in the suits that they put him in and it’s not his fault. [The] wardrobe should do a lot better, said the podcaster. He further added, “He can still get a nice fitted suit and they’re not doing it for him and that’s upsetting me.

Apart from the gimmick that the promotion is changing for Solo Sikoa, Cardoza believes they are not doing a good job of representing him as a leader. This can play a huge role in the feud that is rumored to take place between the Head of the Table and the new Bloodline 2.0 leader.

Roman Reigns’ looks may overpower the creative direction

There have been speculations about how Roman Reigns will return to find a completely altered Bloodline. This may lead to him firing up and engaging in a feud against Solo Sikoa, who could then kick him out of the stable with the help of his two Tongan cousins.

We might get to see a face turn for Roman Reigns, teaming up with The Usos, who are already out of The Bloodline, and working on reclaiming the faction. However, all this time, if Solo Sikoa’s looks aren’t represented well, his older cousin may look more intimidating in the feud, despite it being the other way around.

Do you believe Solo Sikoa’s wardrobe should work harder to better his look? Let us know your thoughts on his updated gimmick in the comments below.
