As Lita’s WrestleMania 39 bout approaches, things may get rough for her. The WWE superstar was recently legally threatened by a former ECW icon. Along with her, Liv Morgan was also given the moniker of ‘Queen of Extreme’. This upset former WWE star Francine. The reason behind this is the fact that Francine was once a part of ECW where she was respectfully given this moniker during her time as a performer.
After serving her time in the promotion, she built a legacy out of this moniker. Seeing it being used like this, without any credit to her, hurt her a bit too much.

In her own podcast, Francine stumbled upon this topic of certain seriousness. While for some, the case may not seem to be that severe of an issue, Francine doesn’t want to let go of the moniker easily. Francine earned the name after her performances as a diva in the extreme landscape of ECW in the 90s.
Like other former co-stars, Francine also couldn’t help but think well of Lita. However, when it came to her old moniker being used by other stars she had more than a few words.

“Whether I’m in this business another day or another 30 years from now, if I do conventions, I’m going to sign the Queen of Extreme Francine and I’m going to get that trademark. And if they continue to use it, we’re going to file a cease and desist. And that’s it. Because they would do it to me,” said Francine in an episode of her own podcast.
While it appears she doesn’t want any conflict, she was thinking of filing a suit in order to play it safe.

Francine explains the reason for cease and desist
To begin with, Francine supported her argument by opening with the fact that she has been trying to file a trademark regarding this moniker of hers for around six months now.
The only concern that the former ECW star carries is that she doesn’t want the rest of the two stars to trademark the moniker for themselves, making her unable to use it.

In turn, this will be problematic to her professionally as well as emotionally, since this moniker is attached to the reputable career that she built in ECW.
