Uncle Howdy has been everywhere lately, from QR codes to WhatsApp to Twitter To Twitch. With WWE continuing to experiment with the variety of teases tightening up the hype on the build-up of the biggest return, the next platform to bear a clue seems to be Reddit. We aren’t guessing it out of nowhere. If we look at the recent metrics of the Reddit WWE page, it will make a lot of sense.

From binary code in the bio leading to a mysterious arrival notice to the changed profile picture and the header, Reddit turned into a Howdy house in all senses.

Will Uncle Howdy run to Reddit following the successful takeover on WhatsApp and Twitch? 

Triple H has pushed the envelope far enough on Uncle Howdy’s return teases for a few months since WrestleMania 40. The indispensable alliance of Howdy with the late Bray Wyatt prompted the company to stitch a unique tribute plan that involves the revival of the eerie alter ego, impersonated by Wyatt’s real-life brother Bo Dallas.

It lets the fans experience a déjà vu moment, resembling the momentous Bray Wyatt return in 2022 after similar QR code escapades. Picking up the pieces from there, WWE first gave away a shallow hint of Uncle Howdy’s silhouette at the end of the ‘Bray Wyatt: Becoming Immortal’ documentary on Peacock. The QR code glitches started to make their presence felt on the weekly TV shortly, sparking the rumors higher.

Not to bore fans, WWE took to various platforms to play upon the mystery storyline. The official WhatsApp channel of WWE heavily featured the Howdy Stuff, indicating a big revelation on 5/23 at 8 pm. It resembled the previous Twitch takeover that featured the kidnapping of the Fiend’s shrink. Also, a hacked WWE webpage recently featured June 17th in reverse.

Coming to Reddit, the fans recently spotted the official bio featuring a long binary message. Later, upon decoding, it turned out the spooky Howdy catchline, ‘We are coming’. Does that imply that the Reddit platform is the next to bear with the Howdy storm?

That might or might not be the case, as the channel is fan-controlled and has zero connection with office WWE sources. However, it seems Uncle Howdy would bring the legendary Firefly Fun House theme upon his return.

Bray Wyatt’s iconic Firefly Funhouse theme might resurrect

As the usual ritual of every week, during Paul Heyman and Solo Sikoa’s segment last night on the blue brand, a new set of QR codes popped up on the screen, leading us to a notepad featuring ‘gratitude’ in the header. But the real game-changer was hidden in a few image files. A fan on Twitter deciphered one of the locked images and dug out the iconic Firefly Funhouse quote: ‘Abandon all hope ye who Enter here.’

The phrase was first popularized during John Cena and Bray Wyatt’s Firefly Fun House theme match during WrestleMania 36. Also, another familiar tease came around in a recent episode of Monday Night Raw that landed us at a webpage with the URL wwe.com/fleshofunifyeur, an anagram of Firefly Fun House.
