Is Uncle Howdy the key to Bray Wyatt's ultimate redemption or his inevitable downfall?

Uncle Howdy‘s newest faction is filled with secrets and mysteries. Each week, after a cinematic segment, fans come up with new theories or add up to the existing ones! After Monday Night Raw 07/15, the internet wrestling community is back once again, trying their best to connect the dots behind what could be the main motive of the Wyatt Sick6 members.

While figuring this out, a fan stumbled on a theory on what basis Uncle Howdy must have chosen the rest of the teammates. Although everybody has a different past, they still seem to be similar in one way.

Uncle Howdy admires the forgotten

One of the themes that have been heavily explored in the Wyatt Sicks so far is that all the members of the faction believed that they were ‘forgotten’. Each of them had a past that they wanted to move on from and were worried that the fanbase wouldn’t remember them for their work. Perhaps this is what Uncle Howdy found admirable in them.

A Reddit user further elaborated on this theme by theorizing the same. Bo Dallas had joined his brother in the new version of the Fiend/Wyatt Family, which ended eventually. Dexter Lumis didn’t quite fit in with the last faction that he was a part of. Joe Gacy was an integral part of Schism as well, the members of whom abandoned him when they left NXT. Nikki Cross, a former member of the stable ‘Sanity’, is the only one from the team still left with WWE while the others were released.

At last, Erick Rowan is the only one in the stable who was the original ‘Wyatt Family’ member. His ‘brothers’ whom he worked with are unfortunately no more, and this left him in a position similar to other Wyatt Sick6 stars. This is something that may have put all of them on Uncle Howdy’s radar.

Uncle Howdy is moved by a Japanese art philosophy

Apart from being forgotten, the members of the Wyatt Sick6 are also ‘broken’ inside. After these upsetting events in their professional and personal lives, they might have felt like they were running out of hope. This is where the Japanese art ‘Kintsugi’ comes in. The art in itself requires us to not throw broken things away but accept them in their present condition and give them a beautiful touch by mending the areas of breakage with urushi lacquer dusted or mixed with powdered gold, silver, or platinum. This is something that was introduced on the Archives Recovered page created before the Wyatt Sicks return.

Have an interesting take?

On Monday Night Raw 07/16, Uncle Howdy, who was seemingly having a conversation with Erick Rowan during the VHS segment, was told by him that they will make something beautiful out of their broken hearts together. This further suggests how the fan theory can be correct about the supernatural entity ‘choosing’ the members for his faction when coming back to WWE. Could there be more hidden messages about the Wyatt Sicks that we will discover later?
