The span of four years between 2012-2016 saw a tremendous rise in the MMA career of Ronda Rousey. However, it was not just in the UFC that she made a name. ‘The Baddest Woman’ also featured in a few Hollywood movies.

One of her most memorable roles is in the movie The Expendables 3. In this movie, Rousey shared the screen with Bodybuilding legend Arnold Schwarzenegger and Hollywood mega-star Sylvester Stallone.

A few years back in 2014, while promoting The Expendables 3 Ronda Rousey along with Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone appeared on the red carpet in Macau, China. A Twitter page shared the picture of all three stars together.

However, in the picture, ‘the Baddest Woman on the Planet’ looks tiny in front of ‘The Styrian Oak’ and ‘The Italian Stallion’. 

Schwarzenegger is a bodybuilder and has most of his life been adding up muscles on his body to look huge. Stallone is considered one of the best action heroes in Hollywood and after his iconic Rocky movie, he has also maintained his physic well.

The Rowdy One is a combat athlete who used to compete in the Bantamweight division. She has a lean body so she can be agile in the octagon in UFC and now in a wrestling ring in WWE.

This was the first significant role that Rousey received in her acting career until now. She has been a part of many movies and TV roles. The former UFC Fighter was already famous, and she shared the screen with two legends at such a young age.

How many movies has Ronda Rousey been part of?

After Rousey’s UFC career kicked off, the former WWE Raw Women’s Champion started a side acting career. Post becoming a UFC success, she made some appearances in a few movies and TV Shows.

Her first movie role was Luna in The Expendables 3 alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone in 2015. In the same year, she had a fight scene with Michelle Rodriguez in Furious 7.

Other movies she has worked in are 2015’s Entourage, 2018’s Mile 22, Charlie’s Angles, and Through My Father’s Eyes: The Ronda Rousey Story in 2019.

She has appeared in six TV shows named Honoo-no Taiiku-kai TV, Drunk History, Blindspot, 9-1-1, and Total Divas. Her last TV appearance was on the reality show Game On! On 2020. Since 2022, Rousey is a regular face on the WWE SmackDown brand.
