A very old video recently surfaced on the internet, where Hulk Hogan (then with TNA) was seen having a conversation with Joe Rogan. The interview occurred during a UFC event broadcast, and Hogan announced a massive move during the segment.

Rogan stated that TNA was moving to Spike.TV, to which Hogan approved. Hogan said, “Brother, tonight I got a ton of energy and I am partners with Spike, I am partners with Dixie Carter, I am partners with TNA and we just got the green right brother. On January 4th, TNA Impact, we’re going wide open, we’re going head on head, we’re going to battle with WWE Monday Night.”

He further claimed, “Hulk Hogan and TNA, we are coming after everybody.” Dixie Carter hired Hogan for TNA in 2009 as a consultant, alongside Eric Bischoff. Both Bischoff and Hogan played an important role in revamping TNA and took it to new heights.

Hardy claimed that Jericho understood character work, and how to make each of those characters work in an environment. He continued, “Chris Jericho is the same as Hulk Hogan was whenever WCW got hot. I mean, he was the guy the people know, probably the biggest household name they could get their hands on and just super beneficial. I mean, Chris Jericho goes down in the conversation as one of the GOATs without a doubt.”
