This time, the problem arose when Schaub recently claimed that Khamzat Chimaev’s missing weights were pre-planned to prevent him from fighting against Nate Diaz at UFC 279, as tickets weren’t selling. The UFC president reacted angrily to this during the post-fight news conference for Dana White’s contender series.

In his words, “I don’t know if Pat really said that, but if he did, he has to be the dumbest mo**rf***er on the planet. I mean, you know how fu**ing stupid you have to be to even think something like that, let alone say it publicly and act like you’re f**ing serious?”

He initially misunderstood Pat Miletich, who made such remarks. After learning that Brendan Schaub was the origin of the comments, White instantly apologized and acknowledged that if he had said it, “It makes sense.” This fueled the argument, and in response, Shaub, who is also Ronda Rousey’s ex-boyfriend, compared the UFC president to the former WWE CEO.

In a recent Instagram post, Schaub responded to the UFC president’s remarks. He posted a picture of him with the headline “Dana White Blast ‘f****** stupid’ UFC 279 conspiracy theory, takes shot at Brendan Schaub” on it. He replied in his caption and said, “Calling me and numerous people “dummy” “dumba**” “fu**ing idiot” cause we have questions about “the chaos” at UFC279?”.

Moreover, he also took shots at former WWE boss Vince McMahon besides White.“You need a reality check, you’re surrounded by yes men. You’re not special, you’re not original. You’re a low-budget Vince McMahon. Every move you make is a copycat of that dude. The only thing you have in common is you’re both on steroids and dress like a*****s.”
