UFC Legend Jon Jones Helps Top AEW Star Win $100 in Just Two Minutes

In the world of mixed martial arts, UFC 285 brought forth a new victor in the heavyweight division. The main event took place between the former light heavyweight champion Jon Jones and MMA fighter Ciryl Gane for the vacant heavyweight title. This highly anticipated fight thrilled fans around the world, including the former NXT Women’s Champion. The enthusiasm stretched to an extent that she ended up placing a $100 bet with her bestie on Jone’s win in the match. 

“Everybody knows the level of wrestling of Jon Jones,” these were the words of his opponent, which are enough to make the unacquainted people understand who Jones is. He not only fights but studies his opponents as well, in order to potentially exploit them. As soon as the fight between Bones and Gane ended with an easy win for the former over the latter, Saraya must be behind her friend Renee Paquetter for the $100. As the two-time WWE Divas Champion publicized their bet much before the match.

She took to Twitter and wrote, “$100 bet going for the main event of @ufc with @ReneePaquette I got Jones she’s got gane! Imma be $100 richer going into this ppv tomorrow! Let’s go!”

Therefore, the AEW’s backstage interviewer must be aggravated following Bon Gamin’s loss. However, this wasn’t the only time that the UFC and WWE worlds collided. Fans compare both sports, especially the stars of both companies. There have been such instances when fans unabashedly supported a former WWE star against the current UFC Heavyweight Champion.
