Is WWE dropping the ball by delaying Hikuleo's debut as Talla Tonga?

Hikuleo was supposed to make his WWE debut by now, but it appears that the giant’s debut has not taken place due to an issue in the narrative. WWE may be keeping an eye on the wrestler. While they have yet to officially bring him aboard, it appears that they are already preparing something major for him in the current WWE Bloodline storyline and the future.

Hikuleo is in line to make his WWE debut with the name Talla Tonga, as his brother also changed his name after joining WWE. The Giant wrestler would be an excellent addition to the Bloodline Civil War storyline since he would bring new wrestling moves to the table, and WWE would be able to do a lot more with him.

There are several reasons, beyond the narrative, why he has yet to make his debut. Here are two significant speculated causes. WWE might be waiting for Roman Reigns to return from his hiatus during the SummerSlam event, so that Hikuleo can join him, and together they can take on the entire current Bloodline.

Furthermore, this will build up a massive tag team bout between the two Bloodlines, in which the true Tribal Chief will be revealed. Not only that, but this will help build up a massive bout between Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa in the future, which will determine who sits at the head of The Table. Not only that, but Hikuleo can also side with Roman Reigns in his quest to become once again the Tribal Chief.

WWE has been waiting for Jacob Fatu to debut before Hikuleo

Jacob Fatu joined WWE around the WrestleMania season but did not make his debut until June when he showed everyone what he was capable of. WWE’s extended wait between his signing and debut demonstrates that WWE wants to ensure that big talents with a lot of promise make their debut at the correct moment.

As a result, there is a good likelihood that WWE will sign Hikuleo officially but may not debut him on WWE TV until the appropriate moment. Maybe WWE wanted Jacob Fatu to make his debut on television first, and then Hikuleo could later join their faction. Anything is conceivable at this point, and you never know what WWE is up to until they hit the ground running.
