With WrestleMania’s weekend approaching near, the reports and updates regarding the stars have become highly sought after. While excitement and buzz in the WWE Universe are palpable, it seems like this WrestleMania season is not going to be that exciting and happening for former WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Carmella.

Camella has not been seen in the ring during the past two editions of Monday Night Raw. Recently, she has been building a storyline with Chelsea Green. The duo was largely speculated to involve in a four-way tag team match at WrestleMania 39. But things changed later when Sonya Deville ended up taking Carmella’s spot.

Following this unexpected replacement by the company, there have been rumors about Carmella undergoing some serious issues ahead of WrestleMania weekend. An injury rumor was also on the list, however, nothing made official as of now.

Amid the rumors, a recent report from Fightful again confirmed that the 40-year star has been ‘sidelined’. It intensified the speculation even more. Though the exact reason behind her absence is still unclear, WWE sources have ruled out some out-of-the-blue speculations by labeling those as ‘ridiculous’.

As of now, reports suggest that Carmella can appear at the Make-A-Wish event and Be A Star rally ahead of WrestleMania in Los Angeles.

Carmella draws applause from Trish Stratus

The former Money in the bank winner has been there with WWE since 2014. She has a pretty impressive main roster resume with a lot of accolades including former Woman’s Money in the bank holder, WWE Woman’s Tag Team Champion, WrestleMania Woman’s Battle Royal winner, and former SmackDown Women’s Champion.

Not only titles, but the super-talented wrestler has also earned massive praise from the fans and fellow stars as well.

I’ve always admired wrestlers that have strong characters. You know what that character is going to do before they even do it. I love that. ‘m anxious to see her go to the next level. It’s kind of on the peak for her and going to happen for her soon.’
